He specializes in structuring complex deals and developing equity stories that capture the attention of global investors. Before co-founding Crux Finance, he was a Principal Banker in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he executed a wide range of complex equity and debt transactions in Poland and the CEE region. Previously, he spent 3 years as an M&A Analyst at Fidea Corporate Finance.

This institutional-grade background gives Tobiasz a profound understanding of both public and private markets. He now applies this world-class expertise to provide direct, hands-on guidance to technology entrepreneurs, helping them execute sophisticated transactions and maximise shareholder value.

Tomasz is a capital markets expert with nearly two decades of experience in investor relations, equity fundraising, and M&A advisory. He has successfully completed the CFA Program and holds a Polish investment advisor license. Tomasz has successfully led numerous IPOs, accelerated bookbuildings, and private placements for both public and private companies, helping founders and investors achieve their strategic goals.

Before co-founding Crux Finance, Tomasz supported a wide range of mid-cap listed and private companies in developing investor communication strategies and navigating the complexities of capital markets. His deep understanding of both institutional and retail investor dynamics, combined with hands-on experience in financial modelling and equity valuation, allows him to offer clear, actionable advice. He also serves as an independent supervisory board member at several listed and private companies, bringing a practical perspective on best-in-class corporate governance and long-term value creation.
